Creator & Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Pewbeam Creator & Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to the terms below.

Our goal is simple: help you create content you genuinely enjoy, introduce Pewbeam to people who could benefit from it, and reward you for the customers you help bring to Pewbeam.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when joining the program.

Pewbeam reserves the right to approve or decline applications and to remove creators from the program if these terms are violated.

2. Your Affiliate Code

Each approved creator receives a unique discount/affiliate code.

Your code is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with another creator.

3. Commission

You will earn a commission on the first month of a new customer's paid subscription when the customer signs up using your unique affiliate code.

Commission is earned only on eligible new customers.

A customer must complete a qualifying paid subscription for the referral to count. Free trials, free plans, test accounts, duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, and other non-qualifying transactions may not be eligible for commission.

Pewbeam's affiliate tracking system will be the primary source used to determine eligible referrals and commissions.

4. What Counts as a New Customer?

A new customer is someone who:

  • Has not previously been a paying Pewbeam customer; and
  • Signs up using your unique affiliate code; and
  • Completes an eligible paid subscription.

Pewbeam may reject referrals where there is evidence of duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or attempts to circumvent the affiliate system.

5. Creating Content

There are no mandatory content formats or minimum number of videos.

We encourage you to create as much content as you genuinely want and to share Pewbeam whenever it naturally fits your audience.

Your content can be a Reel, TikTok, YouTube video, tutorial, review, church-media tip, behind-the-scenes video, meme, or any other format that suits your style.

You don't need to cover every Pewbeam feature in one video. In fact, we encourage creators to focus on one feature, problem, use case, or experience at a time.

6. Creative Freedom

We want your content to sound like you.

You do not need to read a script or copy Pewbeam's marketing language. We encourage honest opinions, personal experiences, and creative interpretations.

If you have concerns about the product or your experience using it, please share them with us privately before publishing. We're happy to answer questions, provide context, or help improve your experience.

7. Accuracy & Brand Guidelines

Please ensure that anything you say about Pewbeam is accurate and based on your actual experience.

Do not:

  • Make claims about features or capabilities that Pewbeam does not have.
  • Exaggerate results or performance.
  • Promise specific outcomes to your audience.
  • Misrepresent Pewbeam's pricing or functionality.
  • Present unverified information as fact.

Pewbeam is designed to help church media teams work more efficiently, not replace them. Content should not suggest that Pewbeam eliminates the need for church media volunteers or teams.

8. Content Approval

You are not required to receive approval for every piece of content before publishing.

However, if Pewbeam specifically requests a review for a particular collaboration or campaign, you agree to submit the content for review before publishing.

If you would like feedback on your content, you're always welcome to send it to us. We'd be happy to help.

9. Disclosing Your Relationship With Pewbeam

When creating sponsored or affiliate content, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Pewbeam where required by applicable advertising laws and platform rules.

Your audience should be able to understand when you may earn a commission from their purchase.

Examples include:

  • "I'm a Pewbeam affiliate."
  • "I may earn a commission if you sign up using my code."
  • "Use my code [CODE] for 15% off."

10. Working With Pewbeam

When creating content as part of the program, please tag or mention Pewbeam where appropriate so we can find, engage with, and celebrate your content.

We may also contact you about product updates, new features, campaigns, feedback opportunities, or additional creator collaborations.

11. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the program, you grant Pewbeam permission to repost and share content you create specifically for the Pewbeam program on Pewbeam's organic social media channels, website, newsletters, and other owned marketing channels.

We will credit you whenever reasonably possible.

Any use of your content for paid advertising, major commercial campaigns, or other uses beyond organic promotion may require additional permission or agreement.

12. Prohibited Activities

You may not use your affiliate code or promote Pewbeam through:

  • Spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Misleading advertisements.
  • Fake accounts or identities.
  • Fraudulent purchases or self-referrals.
  • Paid search advertising that directly targets Pewbeam's brand name without written permission.
  • Misleading claims about Pewbeam.
  • Content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
  • Any activity designed to manipulate or circumvent Pewbeam's affiliate tracking system.

You may not offer your audience additional discounts or incentives beyond those authorized by Pewbeam.

13. Payments

Eligible commissions will be processed on the 27th of each month.

Only commissions that have been successfully attributed and meet the program's eligibility requirements will be paid.

Pewbeam may delay payment while investigating suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, refunds, chargebacks, or other irregular activity.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with your earnings.

14. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer's payment is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise determined to be ineligible, the associated commission may be withheld, reversed, or deducted from future commissions.

15. Fraud & Abuse

Pewbeam may investigate unusual referral activity.

If we determine that an account has engaged in fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, manipulation of tracking, or other abusive activity, we may:

  • Cancel affected commissions.
  • Suspend the affiliate account.
  • Remove the creator from the program.
  • Withhold unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent activity.

16. Program Changes

Pewbeam may modify the program, including commission rates, discounts, eligibility requirements, payment schedules, or other terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to active creators.

17. Termination

Either you or Pewbeam may end participation in the program at any time.

Upon termination, you must stop presenting yourself as an active Pewbeam affiliate and stop using your affiliate code in new promotional content.

Eligible commissions earned before termination will generally remain payable, subject to these terms and any applicable refunds, chargebacks, or investigations.

18. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Pewbeam Affiliate Program does not guarantee any particular level of income, sales, views, or engagement.

Your earnings depend on your audience, content, referrals, and other factors outside Pewbeam's control.

19. Acceptance

By joining and participating in the Pewbeam UGC & Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you have any questions about the program or these terms, please contact the Pewbeam team.
